Revolved Chair Pose
Here’s a fun pose that I learned earlier this year. It’s a fun hybrid pose that feels great once you’re deep in it.
First, listen to your body and do what you can. Take the shot and you’ll have it as a “progress shot” down the road. Remember, this is all practice and definitely #donttakeyouryogatooserious - I am wearing yoga pants with stars…⭐️😁😜🌠.
Start in a Revolved Chair Pose or Parivrtta Utkatasana. Let the lower hand go to the ground as you extend the leg while in the seated pose. Then, with the other hand reach over the head for the foot like Visvamistrasana. Once you have the foot in one hand and the other hand on the ground you can begin to twist further open turning your gaze up. Enjoy this little rascal.
